Craig took Tony and me to dinner at Google tonight which was absolutely amazing. Each time I go there I have the feeling that not majoring in CS was a mistake. Google is an incredible place. Everything is very interesting, very creative, very cutting edge and very free. It seems like the ultimate workplace.
I moved all the Pisonia from greenhouse 2 to Greenhouse 5 today. The nine test plants that I set up one week ago are all doing fine on their twice-daily waterings. Tomorrow I'm going to collect the samples and hopefully send them off for analysis.
Before I head in to the University tomorrow I'm going to go through all my emails and directions and make sure I know exactly what I'm doing tomorrow, and hopefully even for the rest of the week. Stapling mesh to the inside of 240 pots is going to take a long time and I think I'll try to schedule a day when Thelma can come in and help me...
Of course first thing in the morning Bill and I are going to try to figure out the deal with watering the vegetable garden. The automatic timer system doesn't seem to work very well and pressure drops have been causing some problems as well.
I am still rather sleep deprived so I think it's time for me to crash.
