This morning on my way to work I notice a large branch, a trunk really, of a jade plant (Crassula argentea) lying on the sidewalk. This afternoon on my way to pick some Eucalypt branches for my orchid jewelry I picked up a couple twigs, so I can start my own friendship plant.
Unfortunately while I was jumping up to grab the Eucalypt branches in front of Mission High School, my phone fell out of my pocket and onto the concrete sidewalk. The corner was damaged and I was instantly reminded why I bought a hard case: Because it makes me so sad when my phone gets scratched or nicked in any way.
